Step 2: Find the relevant form you need to complete by navigating to the ‘Forms and Affidavit’ section.

Step 3: Log in or register on the website, then fill out the form with all the required information.

Step 4: Click the submit button after carefully filling out the lost passport application.

Step 5: To check the status of your passport, you will be given a tracking ID or passport reference file number.

Documents Required For Passport
